Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and standard US delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Every order includes tracking.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet — we currently ship within the US only.

My order has several items. Will they arrive together?

Larger items like rollators, transfer benches, and overbed tables may ship separately from smaller items, so parts of your order can arrive on different days.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Personal-care items (bidets, cushioned toilet seats) must be unopened. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

How do I know which weight capacity I need?

Every product lists its rated capacity (our seating and support products range from 300 to 400 lb). Choose a rating comfortably above the user's weight, and never exceed the stated capacity.

Do your products require professional installation?

Most install with basic household tools. Wall-mounted items like grab bars and handrails must be anchored into studs or solid blocking to reach their rated strength — if you're not confident doing that, a handyman can typically install them in under an hour.

Are these medical devices?

Our products are general-purpose home safety and daily living aids, not medical devices. For guidance on what's right for a specific condition or recovery, consult a physician, physical therapist, or occupational therapist.

Which kit should I start with?
