Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and standard US delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Every order includes tracking.
Where do your products ship from?
We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. Orders ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which may be located in the United States or overseas depending on the item. Tracking is emailed on every order regardless of where it ships from.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet — we currently ship within the US only.
My order has several items. Will they arrive together?
Larger items like rollators, transfer benches, and overbed tables may ship separately from smaller items, so parts of your order can arrive on different days.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Personal-care items (bidets, cushioned toilet seats) must be unopened. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping needed.
Products
How do I know which weight capacity I need?
Every product lists its rated capacity on its own page — our range runs from 220 lb on the stainless steel grab bars up to 400 lb on seating. Always check the individual product page, choose a rating comfortably above the user's weight, and never exceed the stated capacity.
Do your products require professional installation?
Most install with basic household tools. Wall-mounted items like grab bars and handrails must be anchored into studs or solid blocking to reach their rated strength — if you're not confident doing that, a handyman can typically install them in under an hour.
Are these medical devices?
Our products are general-purpose home safety and daily living aids, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. For guidance on what's right for a specific condition or recovery, consult a physician, physical therapist, or occupational therapist.
Which kit should I start with?
