Returns
We want you to feel confident in every Safe Havens Care purchase. If a product isn't right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, personal-care items (such as bidets and cushioned toilet seats) can only be returned if unopened and unused.
How to start a return
Email us at safehavenshelp@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
