Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping times and rates
We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Larger items — such as rollators, transfer benches, threshold ramps, and overbed tables — may ship separately from smaller items in the same order and can take slightly longer to arrive.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us at safehavenshelp@outlook.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Delays, loss, and damage
Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Address changes
If you need to correct a shipping address, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships.
