FAQs

Where exactly should they go?

Vertical or angled at the shower entry at grip height; horizontal beside the toilet about 33–36″ from the floor. Position for the specific user's reach.

Do they need studs?

Yes — anchor into studs or use rated masonry/hollow-wall anchors. A bar is only as strong as its mounting.

Are they suction bars?

No — these are screw-mounted, weight-bearing bars. Suction bars are for balance touch only, never body weight.

Good to know

Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then standard delivery is 5–10 business days, with tracking throughout.

Return anything within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we replace it free — no return shipping, no restocking fee.
