A sensor pad sits under the sheet and alerts your pager the moment weight leaves the bed. A call button lets the person in bed reach you on purpose, too.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then standard delivery is 5–10 business days, with tracking throughout.

Return anything within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we replace it free — no return shipping, no restocking fee.

Setting it up

Place the pad at hip level for the most reliable trigger. It goes under the fitted sheet.

When you set it up, test the range between the bedroom and wherever you usually are at night.

Quiet at the bedside

The alert sounds on your pager, not at the bed. It is designed to alert the caregiver without startling the sleeper.

The pad itself is thin and sits under the fitted sheet, and most users do not notice it.
