Shipping and returns

Return anything within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we replace it free — no return shipping, no restocking fee.

How the lift works

At the touch of the remote the chair rises and tilts forward, bringing the person sitting in it up to their feet. There is no pushing or pulling involved, and no waiting for someone to help.

The same remote reclines it the other way, smoothly, for reading, napping and television. The remote has two buttons, up and down — no menus, no modes to learn.

Clearance around the chair

Allow clearance behind the chair for the recline, and measure the spot you have in mind before ordering.

Position it near a clear walking path, and keep a step of clear floor in front of it for the standing motion.
